Once post-production is complete and the content has been implemented on your site, you will receive a notification from our team letting you know that the content is up. We present our videos in the context of your website so you can visualize the full user experience and how all of our products and teams come together to create a polished and professional final product.
Can I Make Changes to My Videos?
Of course! Just like your CustomLite website, we are happy to make any changes whenever possible. Your videos are eligible for 1 round of revisions within 30 days of the content being live on your site. However, when it comes to video, there is a limit to what can and can not be changed and these changes should be discussed with your video director.
Can Video Clips be Photoshopped?
Unfortunately, working with video is a lot more intensive than photography. When thinking about photography, we are referring to a singular static image. In a video, 1 second of footage translates to 24 images stitched together. Multiply that out for the average clip duration of 4 seconds, and throw in the variable of moving subjects and changing environments - it becomes very challenging.
This is why we encourage that extra care is spent on the shoot day ensuring things look the best they can in-camera.
Can My Photos be Photoshopped?
This can be a controversial topic in some circles and has prompted countless ethical debates since Photoshop's inception over 25 years ago. Depending on the request, we are happy to make certain adjustments to your photos so long as they are ethically responsible and maintain an honest, everyday representation of you and your practice's appearance.
