As discussed during your Activation Call with your Account Manager, a shoot date must be booked in order to complete the Activation Phase, and advance to full product kickoffs. Your Account Manager will discuss the details and requirements of the video shoot during your Activation Call, and provide options for your scheduled shoot date.
Once you select your shoot date, your Account Manager will introduce you to Lasso's media department who will then confirm your shoot date with a Lasso crew partner. A calendar event will be sent to confirm your shoot date.

Can We Treat Patients During a Video Shoot?
To maintain the highest level of efficiency on-set and to protect the anonymity and safety of non-participating patients and staff - video shoots must be planned and scheduled on days that you are not seeing patients.
I am not ready for a video shoot just yet. What can I do?
If a shoot date cannot be confirmed in the activation phase, your account will be downgraded to the Elevate Program (a program that does not include a video shoot) until you are ready to book. This is to ensure that you are not being billed for services you are not using.
Re-scheduling and Cancelations
Lasso MD Media Shoots are able to be rescheduled within 5 business days of the event date. Client acknowledges that any rescheduled or cancelled shoot with under 5 business days of notice will be charged a rescheduling fee of $750.
