How Long Will Our Shoot Take?
Captivate shoots are just under 5hrs in length. The day revolves around the scheduling of 3-4 patients✝ between the hours of 10:30 A.M.and 1:30 P.M. The first portion of the day 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. is reserved for utilizing the empty office to showcase the space with Photography and supplemental B-Roll.
Do My Staff Need to Participate?
We recommend a minimum of at least 1 receptionist and 1 hygienist or assistant to participate in each Patient's B-Roll session. For more information on B-Roll, see our article What is B-Roll? Participating staff should plan to arrive at the shoot before 10:30 A.M. and stay until 1:30 P.M. Staff are not required to receive headshots for your CustomLite website, only the primary doctors.
What Do My Patients Need to Know?
Scheduling
Ensure that patients will arrive on time and commit to the entire duration of their scheduled block (00:45). During each patient's scheduled time, they will participate in an Interview and a B-Roll session.
What to Wear
Business casual or professional. Patients can wear what they might wear to a job interview or a nice dinner with friends. Clothing with large logos or distracting, branded graphics should be avoided.

Can the Schedule Be Changed?
Lasso’s streamlined approach to video and photo maximizes the content produced in the least amount of time. This schedule cannot be modified and the co-operation and commitment of your team and testimonial participants is critical to the success of your shoot day. This format ensures that our team can produce the deliverables outlined in the Captivate Video and Photo Overview.
✝Note: The primary doctor can choose if they wish to participate in an on-camera interview. If the doctor choses to opt-out, a 4th patient can be scheduled in lieu of a doctor interview to maintain the maximum # of deliverables.
